Paying homage to San Antonio's military roots and the rich aviation history of the former Brooks Air Force Base, Aviator at Brooks City Base is a Class-A apartment community on San Antonio's Southside comprised of 280 apartment homes. One-third of the units were converted from existing miliary barracks, and an old military dining facility was transformed into the project's leasing office and resident clubhouse.
